By making a booking with us, you (the lead guest) and your party agree to the terms outlined below. Please contact us with any questions prior to making a reservation.

 

Booking Requirements

 

The lead guest must be at least 16 years of age.
The maximum number of guests per room is detailed on our website.
If the booking is made by someone other than the lead guest, that individual will be held responsible for cancellations, non-arrival, and any damages incurred.
Only the lead guest and the named party are permitted to use the property and its facilities; third-party visitors may only access with our express permission.

 

Photography Policy

 

While we are pleased to share our space, we ask that you respect others’ privacy. A strict no photography policy is in effect to protect guests' privacy. Commercial photography or content creation within the property, including guest rooms, is prohibited. Management reserves the right to charge a commercial photography fee if necessary.

 

Credit Card Policy

 

Your credit card information will be securely stored in accordance with our privacy policy to secure your booking.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel your stay, please do so by midnight, 7 days prior to your check-in date to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur full charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your booking.

 

Arrival & Check-Out Times

 

Check-in is at 15:00; you may drop off your bags earlier if needed. Check-out is at 11:00. If you require alternate check-in or check-out times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

WiFi Use

 

WiFi access is provided for general use such as web browsing and messaging. Heavy media streaming, online gaming, or extensive downloads/uploads are not permitted, and illegal activities will be reported to authorities.

 

Parking

 

Guests may park on the canal, with day/night rates available at payment machines on the street.

 

Accessibility

 

Unfortunately, due to the building's architecture and heritage, we cannot provide accessible accommodations for physically impaired guests.

 

House Rules

 

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking if house rules are violated, without refund for missed nights.

 

Damages & Lost Property

 

The lead guest is liable for any damages caused by their party, including but not limited to breakages and stains. Report any accidental damages immediately to minimize costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Lost property will be held for one month, but we do not contact guests about forgotten items. Guests are encouraged to check for belongings before departure. We may facilitate the return of lost items at the owner’s expense.

 

Noise Regulations

 

Please maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly during late hours, both indoors and in the garden.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the house and guest rooms, and in the inner courtyard. Guests may smoke in the garden or at street level.

 

Drug Policy

 

The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

 

Families and Children

 

We welcome families. Please contact us in advance if traveling with children, so we can accommodate your needs.

 

Pets

 

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
